How strong is the belt clip that comes with the OtterBox for iPod?
The design of our belt clip is sufficient to hold the weight of the iPod installed in the case. Possible causes of failure that would allow the case to come off of the clip include but are not limited to improper installation (not getting the case all the way down on the clip), damage to either the case or the clip that did not allow the interlocking feature to engage, and an extremely hard blow to the bottom of the case dislodging it from the interlocking feature. Check to make sure the clip is fully engaged before starting strenuous activity.
