What is the difference between a Defender Series case and an Armor Series Case?
OtterBox manufactures 2 styles of cases. The Defender Series is a semi-rugged case that is more geared for the everyday user who wants to protect against dirt, dust, drop, bump, and scratch. The Armor series does all of the things that the Defender Series does, but it also adds protection against water (up to 3 feet deep). The Defender Series is sleaker than the Armor Series. The Defender Series has been described as a "Skin on Steroids" whereas the Armor Series has been described as the "Ultimate Case for Weekend Warriors".
