When we designed the Tablet case for Fujitsu, there are 19 small screws that hold the screen frame in place. The average user doesn't want to take the time to remove and replace 19 screws. Additionally, to guarantee a good screen seal, we decided it was safest for this to be done by OtterBox so the customers computer is as safe as possible.
Why do I have to buy a whole new lid if I want to just replace the screen on the tablet case?
