The temperature range for the OtterBox is -18 C – 93 C (0 F - 200 F) but please note that the OtterBox itself does not change the operating temperature range of the items contained within. You would need to find the safe temperature range for the iPod and stick to that.

What is the life expectancy of the seals on the iPod cases? How long are the seals likely to last in chlorinated water and/or salt water?
Both the over-mold material and the seal are very chemical and corrosion resistant.Life expectancy should be 4 – 5 years.General care should be taken to rinse salt water or chlorinated water off of the case with clean fresh water whenever possible to help extend that life.
What is the maximum arm size for which the armband can be used?
